Troy began kickboxing with Lucy Tui (Manly Cobras Fight Gym – Manly) in 1990 traveling all around Sydney training with the best instructors at the time.
For the last ten years Troy has trained in all facets of martial arts which has seen him rise through the ranks, cumulating in Troy being awarded his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt in 2014.

Rob is currently a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) athlete and coach, with a history of 23 professional fights to his name. Kickboxing is his preferred and strongest style; however he has a great overall knowledge in all fighting styles of MMA which includes:

Stefano has come to us all the way from Milan in Italy and we are so glad he has. Stefano has worked with many Muay Thai and Boxing World Champions and is an ex fighter himself with over 30 fights to his name. He has trained with Italy’s finest and has also managed a gym while living in Milan. Stefano is a very experienced instructor and will show you how to combine amateur Boxing footwork with Muay Thai and the exciting possibilities it offers. Stefano is the Head Coach of the #TeamHulk Boxing Fight Squad.

Having found himself fighting all the time for the wrong reasons and getting into a lot of trouble from the age of 17 to mid-twenties Shaun realised that his life needed a new direction.
Shaun found the change he required through boxing and he started to channel all his time, energy & anger towards a more positive aspect of fighting.
Shaun’s first amateur boxing match came after only 1 month’s training. He lost this fight but he was hooked and wanted to dedicate his life to this fantastic sport.
The discipline of having daily intense training sessions to prepare his mind and body for more matches he found himself in the gym and out of trouble.
The respect he has for the art of boxing has definitely changed his life for the positive.

Natalie has lead an active lifestyle from childhood, gaining achievements in swimming, competing in karate and gymnastics, also playing hockey for her county in the UK as a teenager. During Natalie’s university years, her fitness took a back seat. This was until an unprovoked racial attack by a gang, prompted Natalie to start boxing to improve her confidence; not only did this have health and overall wellbeing benefits but the sense of achievement was so rewarding, that Natalie decided to pursue a lifestyle away from her History and English degree and to share her new found passion with others.
Natalie travelled, trained and fought in Asia before settling in Australia. She undertook further studies to become a personal trainer, is an active BJJ competitor and Pro MMA fighter.

Ross began training in martial arts 4 years ago and has since received his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
Ross’s love for Thai Boxing has taken him to Thailand numerous times to train with some of the world’s best.
In his further quest to build a career in fitness and martial arts Ross has also recently completed his Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness.
