Attention Hulk Members

Starting Tuesday (14th March) we will be offering 2 early morning fitness sessions per week.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.15am our ‘BODY BLAST’ classes will take your fitness to a whole new level.

These short and sharp 45min sessions will be a mix of cardio and strength training to really get the heart pumping and to shred away all those unwanted kilos.
